It was a beautiful Carolina blue sky but a windy day. The targets were moving to the right but the shooters were focused on the orange. Besides, the ‘White Hats’ were determined to make it 2 in a row. Did they??? Did the ‘Red Hats’ Win???? Or did the wind get the best of them.
