We had two full squads compete this week. Conditions were sunny, low 70’s and lots of wind.
Challenging targets in the wind at Low Country. Top Gun this week was Pat Childers who
finished with a 42. Rich Long and Mike Petrone tied for second with a pair of 41’s. Harold
Smith was next with 40. Wayne Averill and Fred Truelove both broke 36. Charley Bertrand, Mike
Ciccolella, Larry Dudley and Rich Savitsky also competed with us. Five of us shot a round of
handicap afterwards and we all agreed not to post those scores.
