Saturday morning National Anthem….
Greetings from the Hampton Inn in Shelby NC room 411. Friday and Saturday are in the record books for the NC State Shoot. The weather is great and the wind minimal to say the least. Can I say almost perfect conditions and I do believe the scores prove it. I took pix of the winner’s boards that are prepared each day and the singles winners will be posted hopefully Sunday night or Monday.
Friday there was a gaggle of 100’s in the singles, a 98 posted by Rockingham County shooter Mark Spoon to win the caps and the doubles class championship found Jeff Galloway winning the AA award.

A happy Buddy Jenson and a shot up hat after his first 200 straight! Congrats!
Saturday Buddy Jenson posted the lone 200 to win the NC State Singles Championship and David Barron won the Non-Res with a 199 and one extra round against Justin Trimback. If you look at the scores a bunch of folks posted 195 and above. All that is left are the Sunday events and it will be all over. Here is the link for the scores -

In other news Bob Schultz will remain your NC delegate and congrats to him. Mrs. Keever officially announced that they would be stepping down after the Dixie and thanks everyone for their years of support. Not sure who will pick up the reigns, but time will surely tell.
