One shoot over the weekend in North Carolina and it was held at the Buckhorn Gun Club Sunday. The weather sure warmed up and the wind just kept on blowing. Mark Spoon sent me the scores but the singles was not real clear so I don’t know who won that event. It looks like Mark Cox was high with a 92 and Eric Blakeney with a 91. Doubles looks like two 90’s with John Miller and Jacob Gossett tied. No telling who won the HOA and hopefully we will report a few more details next week. Buckhorn shoots next on January the 4th so please make a note of it.
Stopped by Sportsman’s Warehouse only to find Eagle brand shot selling at $60 a bag. Lane Murray found a deal at the Rockingham County Gun Club Christmas swap meet and general meeting Saturday. He picked up an 8-pound jug of 700X for $100. Is that a steal or what?
