Let me start off with saying thanks to all the people that in the face of heavy rains and thunder storms came out to shoot Saturday. Yes we had a little rain, and yes there was a little mountain winds, but with all this we got it all in and we had a great time.
I need to start off with a small story of a young man, Wade Miller a new shooter who was shooting a borrowed gun and brand new chokes. Came out and took Champion in singles with a 95, then came back in Handicap and posted a 96 for a half yard punch and Champion. And yes people, the last name, he is out of the same family tree as Glenn and Worth Miller, so as they say this apple didn’t roll far from the tree. John Waters was able to take doubles Champion with a 91.
