A good crowd showed up to shoot this morning despite the threat of thunderstorms.
The conclusion of singles found two shooters from Buckhorn locked up with 98's.
Chuck Woody won the flip and Morris Carroll took A class. All but one squad had finnished shooting caps when the thunder, lightning and rain showed up and caused a hour delay.
Craig Dunn and Tom Brown knotted up with 95's in caps with Tom taking Champ and Craig taking short yardage. Both shooters earned a 1/2 yard of real estate for their efforts. Marty Hill took the doubles event with out any flips or shoot offs. Tom Brown won the HOA with a 280 x 300 which I believe was his fifth straight HOA. Please somebody make some adjustments on that Seitz he's shooting.Most of the ice cream was consumed, but I did notice there looked like a fair amount of strawberry was left. I might have to go the club tomorrow and fix that problem. Special thanks to Lou Carter, George Brown, Brett Lane, Craig Dunn and Lane Murray for helping us score and load houses today.
