The day started out with a steady rain during registration, but the rain stopped as if on cue when the first singles squad took the line. While the crowd was a little slow arriving, when they did we ended up with a good crowd of 20 shooters in somewhat iffy weather conditions. Craig Dunn, Brett Allen and new shooter Brad Moore came all the way form Conway SC to take part in the shoot.
Tom Brown continued his hot streak by taking the Singles event with a solid 99. Charlie Ackroyd managed the only score with a 9 in the front(90) and took the Handicap event and earned a 1/2 yard for his trouble. Charlie is back on the 27 again where he belongs.The mid-50 pot continues to grow and is at $1426.00. Tom Cox made a run at it by running the second field, but the wind got him on the third box for a 47 total. Still not
bad shooting in the conditions we faced today. Tom Brown also led every one in Doubles with a 96 and yet another HOA.
