Buckhorn Saint Patty's Shoot - 3/18/2012
Posted: Sun Mar 18, 2012 9:40 pm

John Domas won the singles and Ted Carwile won the handicap and the doubles at the Buckhorn Gun Clubs Saint Patty's Day Shoot Sunday March 18th.
The prediction of rain did not pan out and shooters were greated by an early morning fog that gave way to a bright grey overcast that lasted all day.
Wind was minimal and by the time the dubs rolled arond it was perfect for shooting and the scores showed it.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Young from the Charlotte area. He shot rather well and it looks like he hit the Lewis for about $20.
The Watauga Cartel showed up and instead of the four horseman it wound up just being the three amigos. Bam Bam wore Spy100 & Spy2 out and Spy2 wore Spy100 out. BamBam is George Sudderth, Tom Pitts is Spy100 and Spy2 is Tom Shelley. I captured some video of the trio thinking my camera was set to take a picture. What it produced (if you loop the video) is pretty funny.
I have included the sheets of the winners and some other pix. I also have included the links to three videos I took of two doubles squads and the Watauga Cartel.
Enjoy:)
