Yesterday was a great day to shoot trap, but aren’t most days? Sure beats working! We had 14 shooters appear and a good day of fellowship, delicious food, and good news. Mark Lane and Lorenda were present and Mark shot well. As many of you know, Mark has had some health problems and a recent scare about recurrences. But, he has just returned from a visit to Duke and had a great report. No recurrences present!!!!

Also, son Chris is getting married this coming weekend. Congratulations to Chris. Marty Hill came over from Fayetteville but did not shoot. He very graciously helped out with scoring, especially doubles. Greg High shot handicap with the idea that he would take our mid 50 money in view of his reduction to the 25 yard line. However, all long yardage shooters stunk it up except for Mark. Greg brought a precious, well behaved grandson with him who enjoyed playing trucks in our clean dirt and chasing Radar.

We were also joined by Walt Mabe and wife Judy on their first trip to Coharie and enjoyed their company. Our Junior, Chase, and Sub Jr, Dane, shooters performed superbly as you can see from their scores below. Mac and Al thank all the shooters who scored, loaded, and helped clean up.
