General Information
1. ATA Rules govern all events and classification of shooters.
2. Resolution of problems, disputes, scoring errors and program interpretations will be by OHGC Shoot Management. All decisions are final.
3. OHGC Shoot Management reserve the right to disqualify any shooter not obeying ATA rules or interfering with the harmony of the shoot.
4. The OHGC Shoot Managers reserve the right to alter or cancel any event of the tournament for any good and sufficient reason.
5. All Target setting or handling will be done by OHGC personnel not shooting in the tournament.
6. Use of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the trap fields or shooting line during the tournament.
7. OHGC, ATA and NCTA will not be held liable for any accident or loss of property.
8. Added money payouts are contingent on 6000 targets thrown.

Shooter Responsibilities
1. Shooters competing in special categories or classes must declare their intent at the time of entry.
2. All Fees must be paid at the time of entry.
3. Shooters should check scores after every interval and bring any discrepancy to the attention of the shoot management.
4. A $10.00 re-squadding fees may apply for missed events.
5. Daily Fees are as follows: ATA - $3.00; NCTA - $3.00. These fees are paid once per day per shooter.
6. Children and pets are welcome but must be supervised or controlled so they do not become a safety problem or disrupt the harmony of the shoot.
7. Pets must be on a leash and owners are expected to clean up after their pets. No pets allowed on the trap fields.
8. Lead shot only.
9. CANCELLATION of an event. Refunds of fees, target cost and options money will be refunded only for events canceled by OHGC Shoot Management or in the event of medical emergencies. Shooters must present proof of payment for all refunds.
