01/09/2019 LCP Big 50

Really windy day for shooting. More than a little cool but did reach low 50’s. At least the sun was out, no clouds and no rain. We had 8 shooters competing for singles. Chuck Weiss from Litchfield, MI will be shooting with us for the next 2 months. I suppose our cold weather here is still warmer than MI. David Barron was high gun with a 48. Rich Long was two birds back at 46 for second. John Bendele took third with 42 and Chuck Weiss was fourth with 38. The rest of us stunk by varying degrees. The wind was NOT our friend.
Six shooters duked it out in caps. David was also high in caps with a 43. Rich was second with a 41. John Bendele took third with a 34. So you can just imagine how the rest of us finished. Not pretty at all.
