Just got the word that Roger Shaffer passed away over the weekend. No details on arrangements at this time. Roger shot extensively and was a talented gunsmith. He was a member of and former trap director at the Rockingham County Gun Club. He shot his last registered targets in late 2019 at the Rockingham County Gun Club.
