Chris Shoulars Receives The Eagle Scout Award

Monday December 21st Reidsville NC shooter Chris Shoulars received the Boy Scouts Of America's highest honor - the Eagle Scout Award.
The ceremony was held at the Woodmont United Methodist Church with Steven Cook being honored also at the Eagle Court Of Honor.
