Georgia State Shoot 2025

Today is April 24th and the Georgia State shoot is underway. No scores are posted at this time as far as I can tell but it won't be long. I chatted with Alabama shooter Jesse Burgher Wednesday night and he said he was heading to Georgia early Thursday morning. Jerry Bryant is on the grounds and said he might not be shooting due to some back issues and I pray he will heal up quickly.

Day 1 started off with a bang with several 100's in the singles, 97's in caps and Mike West John posted the lone 99 in the doubles.

Randy Knight posted one of the 100's in the singles and getting some birds in before the upcoming South Carolina State Shoot.

Three NC shooters attending with Jacob Gossett and Bill Howe on the grounds. I will have more info to report later today....

Looks like it was a clean sweep by GA Junior Gold shooter Ethan Ledford. He won the GA Singles, Doubles, Handicap, HOA and HAA. Kolar powered from what I can tell and thanks to Jerry Bryant for this beautiful picture from the South River Gun Club.
